All-in-one Package

Central to all our solutions is an in-house developed billing and customer care platform named SupportWare. The platform is designed to manage and support a complete service provider business, including subscriber sign-up, service delivery, invoice and payment handling, customer care, as well as retention management. An integral part of SupportWare is that both the Internet and physical interaction can be used as sales and support channels, giving you more options on how to target your customers.

Because SupportWare is designed as a logical multi-layer platform and programmed in enterprise Java, changes and upgrades are easily implemented. New products, price plans, services, or even totally new brands can be added, responding to market demand immediately. If you want SupportWare to support or interface to other systems, an open REST XML interface is available for integration. Your business will adapt faster than the competition, keeping the competitive edge.

The processes to manage your business are defined and incorporated using active work-flows. This allows a high level of automation keeping daily cost low. Technologies

Our technical architecture uses a multi-tier front-end/back-end strategy, where the front-end manages presentation, design, menu access and level-one authentication; while the back-end manages all core functionalities like CDR mediation, rating, provisioning, external interconnect, reporting and invoicing.

Communication between front-end and back-end is archived using REST XML - offering stateless integration, giving the same robust setup as offered by companies like Google.

All technology is implemented with a strong E-strategy in mind that allows a high degree of reusability when implementing new CDR types or new provisioning orders.

SupportWare was born in a Cloud Computing Environment and have fully distributed setup, with stateless connectivity between the different elements - offering state of the art scalability, flexibility, redundancy as well as absolute state of the art performance compared to traditional provisioning and billing systems in the current Satellite Business.
