Our technical architecture uses a multi-tier front-end/back-end strategy, where the front-end manages presentation, design, menu access and level-one authentication; while the back-end manages all core functionalities like CDR mediation, rating, provisioning, external interconnect, reporting and invoicing.
Communication between front-end and back-end is archived using REST XML - offering stateless integration, giving the same robust setup as offered by companies like Google.
All technology is implemented with a strong E-strategy in mind that allows a high degree of reusability when implementing new CDR types or new provisioning orders.
